§ 2 – Sale or Return:
Despite of our certainty that the Recitalbox will meet your satisfaction, we offer you a Right of Return of two weeks starting from the date of receiving the Recitalbox.
Cancellation right: The customer can revoke his contract within two weeks without information of reasons in a written form, as a letter or per E-Mail or by returning the Recitalbox to us. This term begins at the earliest with the receipt of these instructions. For protecting this cancellation term, timely sending of the cancellation or the product is enough. The cancellation is to be addressed to:

In case of deterioration of the Recitalbox, value compensation can be required by us. In order to avoid such obligations, please do not take the product in use like an owner and avoid everything that could impair the value of the Recitalbox.
The customer is obliged to take over the forwarding expenses for returning the Recitalbox as well as to guarantee the security of mailing it to us.

§ 3 – Guarantee:
When not paying attention to the following points, the warranty expires immediately:
- Avoid excessive or inordinate shocks;
- Do not try to open the Recitalbox because it can get completely damaged;
- Avoid contact with any liquid completely;
- The Recitalbox is made of plastic; therefore, avoid fire and strong heat.

In case of defects or errors within the two-year guarantee period, the customer is entitled to return us the product at his own expenses.
After our check, the faulty product will be replaced by a new one and will be sent to the address of the customer on our own costs.

§ 4 – Shipment and Delivery Costs

We always try our best to use the most favourable, quickest and safest kind of dispatch. The product will be sent to the address given by the customer as address of delivery, as far as not agreed differently. We try to dispatch the ordered product within one day from payment entrance. Forwarding expenses within EU-Countries amounts to 6.00 euros.
The forwarding expenses are dependent on the weight of the package and on the regulations of the respective country. Concerning deliveries to non EU-Countries, please request our additional forwarding expenses.

§ 5 – Payment Conditions:
Our product will be dispatched only against prepayment.
After receipt of your order you will get a “Confirmation of Order” from us by E-Mail informing you of our bank connection and the exact and complete amount to be paid. Upon receipt of this amount on our account the ordered Recitalbox products with the original invoice will be sent to your address.

Payment Methods for EU-Countries:
With using our IBAN and BIC Numbers (as stated in our “Confirmation of Order”) you can transfer to your domestic tariff.
Payment Methods for non EU-Countries:
We recommend remittance through the Western Union Bank - Therefore, please contact your bank for further information and state in the remittance formula our following address:

You will receive from the Western Union Bank a Tracking Code Number relating to your remittance – please send us this Tracking Code per E-Mail – this entitles us to receive the amount and follow up the remittance from our side. After receiving the amount we send you the ordered products immediately.

§ 6 – GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY:
The customer has to inform us of evident defects immediately on receipt of the delivery. In case of defects or absence of promised features, the defective product will be repaired by us or replaced by a new one.

§ 7 - Confidentiality, Data Protection and Usage of Customer Data:

a. With RECITALBOX your contentment comes first. A part of our duty is to protect your private sphere. We use the information we collect about you to execute your orders and give you a convenient shopping possibility.
b. If you place an order, we must ask you for your name, your e-mail address, your delivery address, etc. - thus, we can work and follow up the process of your order and keep you up-to-date. If you are a retailer, kindly ask for our purchase and retail prices.
c. We protect the personal and private data you transmit to us. We use your data exclusively for carrying out your purchase of the RECITALBOX.

RECITALBOX does NOT make your personal information available to others to use.

§ 8 - Copy Right:
Our self manufactured Product “RECITALBOX” is patented!
